Teri B. Clark was ahead of the curve when she wrote 301 Simple Things You Can Do To Sell Your Home NOW and For More Money Than You Thought. When the housing market was hot, writers were out there pumping out books about buying real estate. According to Teri, "I could see how inflated the housing prices were and they were bound to bottom out. When that happened, I knew there would be a glut in the market and a book like mine would be needed."

Now that the bottom has fallen out, publishers are jumping at books pertaining to home staging, foreclosure, property management, and owning rentals. Essentially, they are looking for books that help those that have fallen in the housing market or are going to profit from it by buying up homes and renting them to others. This is good news for Teri since her book, The Complete Guide To Your First Rental Property will be out shortly.
